Who we are

Football Predictions is operated by MansourTech.

This policy covers the Football Predictions website (football-predictions-ml.mansourtech.org) and the Football Predictions mobile app.

What data we collect

• Email address: when you create an account. Used to confirm your account and to let you sign in.
• Password: stored only as a salted cryptographic hash (PBKDF2). We never store or see your plain-text password.
• Your league vote: if you vote in the "which league next?" poll, the league you chose is stored together with your email address, so that each account counts once.
• Your VIP subscription: if you subscribe, we store the PayPal subscription ID and its status (for example active or cancelled) together with your email address, so that we can unlock the VIP tips for you.
• Your consent and our confirmation: when you tick the consent box before subscribing, we store the time and the exact text you agreed to, and later which subscription it belongs to and when we emailed you the confirmation of the contract. This is our proof that your right of withdrawal ended early.

That is all. We do not collect names, addresses, payment details (PayPal takes the payment; we never see your card or PayPal login), location data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or advertising identifiers. The odds you enter for predictions are processed to compute the prediction and are not stored with your account.

How we use your data

• To create and secure your account (login, email confirmation).
• To send you the account confirmation email and, when you subscribe, the confirmation of the contract. We send no marketing emails.
• To unlock member features: additional leagues for every account, VIP predictions for subscribers.
• To check your subscription with PayPal and keep its status up to date.
• To offer the VIP subscription only where it is currently available, we read your country from the header our CDN (Cloudflare) adds to each request. It is used for that decision during your visit and is not stored with your account.
• To count the votes of the "which league next?" poll, one per account.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Three service providers process data on our behalf:

• Payments: VIP subscriptions and donations are paid through PayPal, which processes the payment under its own privacy policy. For a subscription, PayPal also receives your account email address as the reference of the subscription, so that the payment can be matched to your account, and tells us when the subscription starts, renews or ends.
• Email delivery: account confirmation emails are sent through a transactional email provider, which processes your email address solely to deliver the message.
• Hosting / CDN: our servers and content delivery (Cloudflare) process connection data (such as IP addresses) as technically required to serve the site.

Cookies

We use only technically essential cookies required for the site to function (session/security). No tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Your account data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time:

• Online: Delete my account
• In the mobile app: Account tab → Delete account
• By email: support@mansourtech.org

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your email address, password hash, poll vote, subscription record, consent and confirmation record are removed from our database. An active subscription is cancelled with PayPal first, so that you are not billed again; the rest of the paid period is not kept.

Age requirement

This service provides betting-related predictions and is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children.
